  • Upload malicious code.
  • Exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Use automated methods to abuse system resources.

Restricted Industries and Activities

Without prior written approval from RBT Connected, the Services may not be used primarily for:

  • Illegal gambling operations.
  • Pyramid schemes.
  • Multi-level marketing schemes that violate applicable law.
  • Money laundering activities.
  • Human trafficking.
  • Exploitative financial services.
  • Counterfeit goods.
  • Stolen goods.

Data Protection Obligations

Customers must not upload or process data unless they have a lawful basis to do so.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Obtaining required consent.
  • Providing required privacy notices.
  • Maintaining lawful processing practices.
  • Complying with applicable privacy laws.

Enforcement

RBT Connected reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

If a violation is identified, RBT Connected may:

  • Remove content.
  • Suspend specific features.
  • Restrict account access.
  • Suspend Services.
  • Terminate accounts.
  • Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.

RBT Connected is not obligated to provide advance notice before taking action when necessary to protect the platform, users, or third parties.
