Overview

At RBT Connected, we are committed to providing reliable business management, customer relationship management (CRM), communication, automation, workflow management, and related software services.

Because our Services are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon account activation, all subscription purchases are subject to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By purchasing a subscription or using any paid Services offered by RBT Connected, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

When a subscription is canceled:

  • The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You will continue to have full access to all subscribed Services, features, and functionality until the end of the billing cycle already paid for.
  • No future subscription charges will be applied after the current billing period expires.
  • Your account will remain active until the conclusion of the active subscription term.

For example, if your monthly subscription renews on the 1st of each month and you cancel on the 15th, you will continue to have access to the platform through the last day of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not immediately terminate access to the Services.

No Refund Policy

All subscription fees, onboarding fees, setup fees, implementation fees, consulting fees, and any other payments made to RBT Connected are final and non-refundable.

RBT Connected does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for:

  • Partial subscription periods.
  • Unused Services.
  • Failure to use the platform.
  • Customer inactivity.
  • Downgrades during an active billing cycle.
  • Early cancellation of a subscription.
  • Changes in business circumstances.
  • User misunderstanding of available features or functionality.
  • Account closures requested by the customer.

Because access to the platform, software infrastructure, account resources, integrations, and system capacity is provisioned immediately upon activation, all payments are considered earned when received.

Subscription Renewals

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize RBT Connected to charge the payment method on file for future renewal periods until your subscription is canceled.

To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If RBT Connected offers a free trial, promotional period, or discounted introductory offer, you are responsible for canceling before the promotional period ends if you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.

If cancellation is not completed before the renewal date, the subscription may automatically convert into a paid plan and applicable charges will be applied.

All such charges are non-refundable.

Account Suspension or Termination

If an account is suspended or terminated due to:

  • Violation of the Terms of Service;
  • Fraudulent activity;
  • Abuse of the platform;
  • Unauthorized access attempts;
  • Non-payment;
  • Illegal or prohibited activities;

RBT Connected may immediately suspend or terminate access to the Services.

In such cases:

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Any remaining subscription period may be forfeited.
  • Outstanding balances remain payable.

Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a billing error has occurred, you agree to contact RBT Connected before initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your financial institution.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of Services.
  • Account termination.
  • Recovery of chargeback fees and related costs.
  • Collection actions where permitted by law.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, RBT Connected may, at its sole discretion, provide an account credit or other accommodation.

Any exception granted shall not create an obligation, precedent, or ongoing right to future refunds or credits.

Changes to This Policy

RBT Connected reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
